This is one of those hearty numbers that feels so nourishing when you eat it. I love how easy the precooked puy lentils make the dish (I like these ones from Merchant Gourmet). If you still need a reason to try it, it’s ready in 30 minutes. Whilst it has been a pretty chilly start to the spring here in the UK, this dish has really helped to make up for the cold evenings.
