Homemade sausage rolls are a really nostalgic thing for me. My grandma would make us kids sausage rolls when we were little, especially around Christmas time, filling an empty Quality Street tin with her homemade ones which would be gone in no time at all between my brothers and me. There would always be a fight over the last one. This recipe is a slightly amplified version of the classic sausage rolls adding in blue cheese and softened sweet leeks for some extra flavours.
