Hey everyone, happy Wednesday! This week’s recipe is something I don’t share many of on here but is something I love to cook behind the scenes. Burgers.
I absolutely love slow-cooked peppers and will find any excuse to add them to a dish. This Chicken Burger recipe features my beloved slow-cooked garlic peppers, making extra so you can store them in the fridge and enjoy them in salads, pastas, or anything you fancy over the next few days. I always sway between chicken and beef burgers, often switching depending on when I've had a particularly good one. This time, the succulent chicken thighs, crispy panko coating, and tangy lime cabbage slaw have won me over. These burgers are a delicious and versatile treat for any occasion.
